All officers and employees of the corporation should keep a duplicate copy of their service book and must compulsorily attach the nomination to it.
Raipur – Today at 5 pm, as per the orders of Raipur District Collector and Municipal Corporation Administrator Dr. Gaurav Kumar Singh and as per the instructions of Municipal Corporation Commissioner Abinash Mishra, in the third floor hall of Municipal Corporation Headquarters Mahatma Gandhi Sadan, Municipal Corporation In-charge Additional Commissioner Mrs. Krishna Khatik, in the presence of Assistant Engineer Yogesh Kadu, held a meeting of officers and employees of all departments of the Municipal Corporation Headquarters building and asked them about their problems. The employees informed the In-charge Additional Commissioner about their problems. The In-charge Additional Commissioner said that Municipal Corporation Raipur is working to resolve the problems of the employees on time as per rules.
The Additional Commissioner in charge, while directing all the officers and employees, said that all the corporation officers and employees should get a duplicate copy of their service book made and keep it safe with them and get the nomination process done compulsorily and attach its copy to the original service book and keep its photocopy safe in their records so that any corporation officer or employee does not have to face inconvenience in the claim payment case in case of an emergency. The Additional Commissioner in charge said that a scanner machine will be procured and installed in the General Administration Department and Finance Department at the Municipal Corporation Headquarters as soon as the case is prepared under the quick procedure so that the voucher bill can be scanned and the record can be kept safe. He requested all the officers and employees to tell their problems and participate in getting its quick solution as per rules.
