PM Suryaghar Yojana: So Far 540 Applications Have Been Received In The District, Rooftop Solar Panels Have Been Installed In 22 Houses

Janjgir-Champa : District residents can now save a lot of electricity and increase their income. For this, solar panels have to be installed in the house by applying under the PM Surya Mut Yojana. In this, along with saving electricity, you will also be able to sell electricity to the department. Under this, a target of 1 thousand has been set in the district. So far, applications of 540 people have also been received. Also, now 22 people have also got rooftop solar panels installed in their houses. Under the PM Ghar Mut Surya Yojana, the electricity department has got a target to install solar panels. Under this, information about the scheme is being given by the electricity department by organizing camps in the district. So far 540 applications have been received in the district. Along with the application process, solar panels are being installed by the concerned vendor. So far, solar panels have been installed in 22 houses in the district under the scheme. The district has a target of 1000. The biggest thing in this is that this entire process is online. Due to which the consumer can apply for it sitting at home. Along with this, loan facility is also being given to install it. Due to which the consumer can take advantage of it in the form of subsidy. If solar panels are installed in the house, there will be huge savings in electricity. Along with this, electricity can be sold to the department. Income will also increase. Under the PM Surya Ghar Yojana, the first solar installation was done in Akaltara division. Along with this, a camp was organized in Nariyra and Tilai on January 3. In the camp, people will be made aware to install solar panels in maximum numbers under the PM Surya Ghar Yojana.

Subsidy up to 78 thousand will be available –

Work will start within a month to apply under the PM Surya Ghar Yojana. For 1 to 2 kilowatts, subsidy will be 30 thousand to 60 thousand rupees, for 2 to 3 kilowatts, 60 thousand to 78 thousand rupees, for more than 3 kilowatts, subsidy will be 78 thousand rupees. Permission to install solar panels will be given as per the consumption of the house.

The central government has launched the national portal of PM Surya Ghar Yojana. For this, you can apply by visiting the base site PA Suryaghar.gov.in. In this, you will have to fill the information like consumer number of your electricity connection, name, address, state and the capacity of the plant to be installed. Accordingly, solar panels will be installed here and subsidy will be available. Officials of the electricity company will reach the spot and verify. After this, the process will be taken forward. Many vendors are registered on the portal, who install solar panels. You can choose the vendor as per your choice.
