Today, as per the orders of Raipur Municipal Corporation Commissioner Abinash Mishra, as per the instructions of Corporation Zone 10 Zone Commissioner Rakesh Sharma, the team of Zone 10 Urban Investment Department, in the presence of Assistant Engineer Yogesh Yadav and other concerned officials, took action to effectively stop illegal plotting in about 3 acres area on the canal drain in Boriyakhurd under Zone 10 area and illegal plotting on private land in about 12 acres area in Dunda area by running a campaign. Action was taken to cut the illegal road built in Dunda with 3D. At the same time, action was taken to cut the illegal murram road in Boriyakhurd. Zone 10 Urban Investment Department has written a letter to the Tehsildar Raipur and requested to provide information of the landowners of the concerned area soon. As soon as the information is received, a named FIR will be registered in the concerned police station against the illegal plotters for legal action as per the rules.
The Municipal Corporation Zone 10 Urban Investment Department, during the campaign, took action on the spot to demolish the boundary wall built without permission by Sarita Devangan on private land in Boriyakhurd area.
