Raipur- Today, in the weekly time limit (TL) meeting held in the third floor hall of Mahatma Gandhi Sadan, Municipal Corporation Headquarters Building, Raipur, Commissioner Vishwadeep has given instructions to make solid preparations for the Swachh Survey Campaign 2024 and to run a special cleaning campaign in all the wards of all 10 zones for one week continuously to improve the cleanliness system and ensure cleanliness. The Commissioner said that no negligence will be tolerated regarding the cleanliness system. The Commissioner has instructed all the zone commissioners to continuously take action to remove illegal constructions by giving notice, take action on illegal parking, illegal plotting, illegal encroachments, and take campaign action on C&D (Construction and Demolition) waste. The Commissioner has instructed to continuously fine the shopkeepers concerned for not keeping dustbins and spreading dirt. The Commissioner has instructed to speed up the campaign to free the drains and sewers of all the wards from encroachment and to break the illegal barriers. The Commissioner has instructed the Zone Commissioners and Ward Incharges to make solid preparations for the Swachh Survekshan Abhiyan and to visit all the designated points on a daily basis and keep the system completely in order. The Commissioner has instructed to ensure that all the main roads and all the toilets are kept clean by monitoring them continuously. The Commissioner has instructed all the officers to get geo tagging done of all the development and construction works and to give details of the related schemes in it and to ensure that photographs of the work before and after its completion are uploaded. The Commissioner has instructed to start preparations for marking all the suitable places including road dividers, public places, government buildings, pond banks for plantation to be done in the city at the beginning of the rainy season after the summer season. The Commissioner has instructed to ensure 100% revenue collection work with top priority in accordance with the set target in all circumstances. The commissioner has given instructions to get 100% of the letters and public complaints received from Chief Minister Jandarshan, Collector Janchaupal, Nidan 1100, MPs, MLAs, local public representatives resolved promptly and on priority basis as per the rules.
