Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai Participated In The Talent Award Ceremony Of National Kannaujiya Sonar Mahaparivar

Announcement of Rs 25 lakh for social building of Sonar Samaj

Raipur 16 March 2025: Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai today attended the Pratibha Samman ceremony of Rashtriya Kannaujiya Sonar Mahaparivar Jashpur Mandal organized at Shyam Palace in Jashpur development block. He announced financial assistance of Rs 25 lakh to the society for the construction of social building. On this occasion, he honored the promising students who got excellent marks in class 10th and 12th, IIT and medical entrance examination by giving them symbols and certificates. Appreciation of social work of Sonar Samaj Chief Minister Sai said in his address that the Sonar Samaj is doing exemplary work in the field of social service. He especially appreciated efforts like free cataract operation camp, marriage of poor daughters, blood donation camp and tree plantation. He said that these efforts of social service are also inspirational for others and this can bring positive change in the entire society.

 

Calling education the biggest weapon, calling for helping the weaker families, Chief Minister Sai said that education gives a new direction to a person’s life and improves his standard of living. He appealed to the Sonar community to encourage their children to move ahead in education and also help children from weaker families in their studies. He said that education is the biggest weapon, which not only makes an individual’s future bright but also ensures progress of the entire society. Chief Minister Sai said that 15 months have passed since his government was formed and during this time, work is being done at a fast pace to fulfill the guarantee of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. On this occasion, a large number of people from Sonar community, including Zila Panchayat members Shaurya Pratap Singh Judeo, Krishna Rai, Dr. Ram Pratap Singh, Vijay Aditya Singh Judeo, District President of Sonar community Vikas Soni were present.
