24th National Vanvasi Sports Competition to be held from 27 to 31 December in the capital Raipur
Raipur 24 December: Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai released the poster of the 24th National Vanvasi Sports Competition to be organized by All India Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram at the Chief Minister’s residence Raipur. He congratulated the organizers for this important event and called it an important step towards the upliftment of the Vanvasi society and the development of sports culture. Chief Minister Sai said that this competition will give a great opportunity to hone the talent of tribal players. This will also increase the feeling of unity among the players from different states. He said that this competition is being organized with a noble purpose and it will encourage the talent of Vanvasi youth.
The National Vanvasi Sports Competition is being organized in the capital Raipur from 27 to 31 December 2024. The competition will be inaugurated on 28 December at Science College Ground, in which about 800 players from Andaman, Manipur, Punjab and various states of the country and neighboring country Nepal are reaching the capital to participate in the competition. In the competition, the players will display their talent in football and archery. On this occasion, Forest Minister and Chairman of the Welcome Committee of the competition Mr. Kedar Kashyap, Health Minister Mr. Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, State President Mr. Umesh Kachhap, Secretary Dr. Anurag Jain, Mr. Ramnath Kashyap and other members were present.
