Chief Minister Shri Sai’s fear-free governance pledge and zero tolerance policy evident in Kawardha Case

Raipur Following Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai’s pledge to deliver fear free governance and adopt a zero-tolerance policy towards crime, stringent actions are being taken against individuals involved in criminal and unlawful activities within the state.

Deputy Chief Ministe Shri Vijay Sharma directed the administration to take decisive action in the murder case of cow herder Shri Sadhram Yadav happened on the intervening night of January 20 in Lalpur near Kawardha city. Acting swiftly upon these directives, the administration arrested five suspects the very next day. Furthermore, action was taken today to dismantle the illegal construction of Ayaz Khan’s flour mill shop, situated in Ward 18 of Kawardha. Khan is one of the accused in the aforementioned murder case.

It is noteworthy that Shri Yadav was ruthlessly killed, his throat slit in a brutal manner. Responding promptly to the incident, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Sharma stressed the importance of taking stern action against the perpetrators to convey a resolute message to anti-social elements.

Meanwhile, in Chhattisgarh, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai and Deputy Chief Minister Shri Vijay Sharma instructed officials from the Home Department to rigorously monitor and maintain law and order. Clear directives were issued regarding the policy of zero tolerance towards crime.

During a Home Department meeting, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Vijay Sharma urged the police force to operate transparently in order to deliver justice to the people. Besides, authorities were instructed to crack down on criminal elements, a directive that was diligently followed in the Kawardha case.
