Raipur. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai greeted the people of the state on the 24th anniversary of the establishment of Chhattisgarh state. On this occasion, wishing for the progress of the state, he called upon the citizens of the state to celebrate Rajyotsav along with Deepotsav by lighting lamps in their homes.
