Chhattisgarh : The Chhattisgarh government has given a New Year’s gift to lakhs of employees. They announced an increase in the monthly allowances for government employees. The Finance Department has also issued an order regarding this. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai said that the increase in monthly allowances will help employees perform their duties better. The monthly rates for travel allowances for various government employees have been increased by more than three times.
According to the information, the revised allowance includes Revenue Inspectors, Sales Amin, Assistant Rural Agricultural Extension Officer (Gram Sevak), Assistant Extension Officer, Field Assistants in Veterinary, and Hand Pump Technicians of the Public Health Engineering Department. Their current allowance of ₹350 per month will be revised to ₹1,200 per month.
